Having a Snack

I paused for a moment to watched and photograph a butterfly having a snack of sweet nectar from a wildflower. It feasted from many different positions including upside down. I remain amazed at the beauty and intricate design of Nature.

Young Buck in Velvet

A young buck with spike horns covered in velvet passed by the trail camera as it grazed in the bottom of the Lupine Field. This magnificent teenage animal was developing its confidence in his world as he matured. I am reminded how we grow in life.
